Advanced Technologies

The 3300 XL probe incorporates advanced technologies such as the patented TipLoc molding method, which enhances the bond between the probe tip and body, and the CableLoc design, providing a pull strength of 330 N (75 lbf) for secure cable attachment. Additionally, the optional FluidLoc cable prevents oil and liquid leakage, making it ideal for machinery with fluid exposure.

Material and Durability

Temperature and Pressure Ratings

Designed to operate in extreme conditions, the probe has an operating and storage temperature range of -52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +350°F). For extended temperature ranges, the probe tip can withstand -52°C to +218°C (-62°F to +425°F), and the cable and connector can handle -51°C to +260°C (-60°F to +500°F). Additionally, the probe features a Viton® O ring for effective differential pressure sealing.

Humidity Resistance

The probe demonstrates excellent humidity resistance, with less than a 3% change in Average Scale Factor (ASF) when tested at 93% humidity for up to 56 days.
